Please read these product and service terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Agora makes the products and services available to you.

Registration Process

The information you provide will be protected by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We assume no liability for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account. Any suspicious activities should be reported to us immediately. If a security breach is suspected, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

Terms of Use

This website may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding agreements under applicable law. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must operate your account.

Access to the website may be restricted or terminated for any user whose registration is suspended or violated. Users accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh are responsible for complying with local laws.

We deliver products only within specific areas of Bangladesh listed on our website. Orders placed from outside these areas will not be processed.

Prices and VAT

The price charged will be the in-store price at the time your order is processed. Prices listed on the website may vary and the final amount cannot be confirmed until delivery.

You may return any item and receive a full refund if you are not satisfied with the price or for any other reason at the time of delivery.

VAT is applicable according to Bangladesh VAT regulations. Delivery charges are separate and calculated during checkout.

Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. When an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will attempt to deliver a suitable substitute unless you have asked us not to.

To ensure the availability of all our products and services, customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.

Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we have dispatched your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods and services to you.

The Agora grocery service is available for non-commercial and domestic use only.

Delivery

Delivery will be made within 2 KM from the outlet to the address specified when placing your order. Beyond a 2 KM radius, an extra delivery charge will apply.

If the product weight exceeds 15kg, an additional delivery charge will also be applied.

We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. Upon your request, our staff may carry your order to another location within the premises if it is safe and practical.

For deliveries to business addresses, delivery will be made to the shared ground-floor reception or main entrance only. We cannot deliver directly to desks or internal office spaces.

We deliver goods only to specific regions within Bangladesh. To verify whether the service is available in your area, please check your postcode on our website.

Delivery times will be confirmed when you place your order. While we make every effort to deliver within the agreed time, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Credit/Debit Card Information

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the Credit/Debit Card or, if the transaction is accepted, cancel the transaction at our sole discretion, as part of our fraud detection program.

The Credit/Debit card details you provide must be truthful, valid, and accurate, and you must use a card lawfully owned by you. Your card information will not be used or shared with third parties except for fraud verification or if required by law.

Cancellation

There may be certain orders that we may reject or cancel at our sole discretion for any reason.

Orders may be canceled due to limitations on quantities, inaccurate pricing or product information, or issues identified by our internal teams. If your order is canceled after the card has been charged, a refund will be issued.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for details on how to obtain a refund or replacement. Our refund policy supplements your legal rights.

If you have a complaint regarding an online purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Cancellations by the Customer

If we receive your cancellation request before the order has been processed or approved, the full amount will be refunded to your payment method.

Orders canceled after dispatch/shipment are subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to determine whether an order has been shipped.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: bKash, DBBL Mobile (Rocket), DBBL Nexus, Q Cash, Fast Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Agora Amex Card, etc. Agora Gift Vouchers are currently not accepted.

Your card details will be encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Payment authorization must be given at the time of placing the order.

Display of Products

We aim to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device screen, and we cannot guarantee full accuracy.

General

These Product Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Bangladesh courts.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Disclaimer

Although we try to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays or delivery errors. If a service fault occurs, please notify Customer Services at Hotline (02-55040964), available 09 AM to 05 PM (Sunday–Thursday), and we will try to resolve it promptly.
